Direct access from this area leads out to a south and west facing terrace of 15 m2, complete with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation. The separate small room is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private sleeping space. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with Senseo capsules available as an extra. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
