The living and dining area features a panoramic window that frames the surrounding landscape, and direct access to the roofed terrace is available from this room. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed, air conditioning, and a private shower, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom contains 2 beds and is also fitted with air conditioning. The third bedroom offers 1 double bed and air conditioning, along with a shower and WC, and provides direct access to the garden. Please be aware that 1 double bedroom is located outside the main unit, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the layout and features an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A further shower, bidet, and WC is also present within the house.
