The property accommodates guests across a thoughtfully arranged interior that includes a combined living room and kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, an alcove with a double bed, and a loft divided into 2 separate compartments with 4 beds in total, complemented by 2 extra mattresses. A private sauna, a washroom with WC, a separate WC, and a glazed terrace complete the main villa's facilities. Staying connected is effortless thanks to Internet Wifi available at the property, ensuring that even in this remote northern landscape, guests remain as connected as they choose to be.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of this remarkable property are defined by the extraordinary natural setting that surrounds it. The villa sits directly beside lake Nilijärvi, located just 45 metres from the property, a serene and shallow lake measuring 1.6 km in length and 0.4 km in width, with a sandy bottom ideal for relaxed bathing and wading. A private pier extends over the calm waters, and guests have exclusive use of a rowing boat, inviting leisurely exploration of the lake at their own pace. The glazed terrace provides a sheltered outdoor living space where guests can take in the surrounding landscape in comfort across the seasons. A separate lakeside sauna of 24 square metres is available from the beginning of June until the end of September, equipped with a wood-burning sauna stove and a washroom featuring 2 showers. Running water from the lake is available during summer months, while outside this period water must be brought by using a bucket. Adjacent to the lakeside sauna, a fireplace hut provides a wonderfully atmospheric gathering space, complete with a light fireplace, electric heating, electric lights, 3 beds, and a kitchenette fitted with a sink, fridge, and 2 hot plates.

Bed linen, including sheets and towels, is provided for the number of guests included in the booking, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay without the need to bring your own.
