In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

La location en elle même est super bien située. Mais il y a deux étages à monter pour y accéder et c'est un peu dur.... Les literies sont excellentes, propres, confortables.
Pour le reste le mobilier a du vécu.... mais cela n'est pas grave. Par contre nous considérons avoir perdu une semaine de vacance à cause du vacarme effectué par une entreprise de travaux pendant toute la semaine sans arrêt, et ce du matin tôt au soir.... Ceci devrait être interdit pendant cette période estivale. On ne s'entendait pas parler dans l'appartement.....
Nous avons prévenu l'agence qui était sensée en parler au syndic.
Au prix de la semaine de vacance.....
Sinon R.A.S. L'agence de Quiberon est sympa. Parking impeccable sauf que nous avons dû se mettre sur la place visiteur car la propriétaire garde son garage fermé..... Ceci ne nous a pas dérangé mais a dérangé visiblement d'autres propriétaires qui nous ont fait la remarque.
