From this level, you have direct access to a 6 m2 east-facing terrace that offers a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. A kitchenette is also located on the main level, complete with 2 hot plates and a mini-oven. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower and a separate WC. The upper floor consists of a gallery area with a ceiling height ranging from 180 to 280 cm, where a second double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length is available. The studio features 1 bathroom in total. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as the gallery and similar areas, for a total of 1 designated sleeping zone across both levels.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
