Residenza D'epoca is a nice stone building having a total of five independent apartments that is conveniently located in the centre of Lucignano, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 24 km (15 mi) from Montepulciano. Residenza D'epoca, among other amenities, includes also shared pool and WiFi internet.
Tower is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to two people.
Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to two guests.
The main entrance to the unit is on floor 2.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
