"Joseva" is a charming 4-room chalet of 85 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, welcoming up to a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground level of the chalet features an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and access to a north-facing terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and directly connected to the living area. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms along with a bath and WC. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the balcony. The third is a small children's room equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The north-facing balcony and the terrace, which benefits from both north and west-facing positions, offer a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
