On the ground floor, the property features a generous living and dining room styled as a farmhouse lounge, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes only, and a flat screen television. Direct access leads from this space to a large terrace. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, with its own exit to the terrace as well. A shower room with a separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.

On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. One of these rooms is equipped with an additional flat screen television. This floor also includes a bathroom and a separate WC.

The second upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms, both featuring rooflights that bring in natural light. One of these rooms contains a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second room offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The property was partly renovated in 2025 and benefits from simple, comfortable furnishings throughout. A large terrace with terrace furniture is accessible from the property, offering a side view of the sea.
