A separate, well-appointed small kitchen is also located on this floor, alongside a separate WC. On the upper floor, the property offers 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a characterful, cosy atmosphere. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds, each also measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor is served by 1 bathroom with a shower and WC.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
