"Mon Rêve" is a beautifully renovated 4-room chalet of 100 m2 spread across 2 levels, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The chalet was fully renovated in 2021 and is furnished with tasteful attention to detail throughout.

On the ground floor, a large and inviting living and dining room forms the heart of the property, featuring cable TV, electric heating, and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and character to the space. This floor also includes a large kitchenette equipped with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. The living area opens directly onto the garden, which benefits from a south-east facing position.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each offering access to the terrace. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal sleeping arrangement for younger guests. A full bathroom serves the upper floor. From the upper level, guests enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
