On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a private terrace. The second bedroom includes a dressing room and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with an en-suite shower and WC, and its own terrace exit. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from terrace access. A dedicated shower and WC serves this bedroom. All 3 bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
