- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The weather in November wasn't the best choice, but the accommodation was impeccable, the vegetation and the views were wonderful. The kitchen , living room dining room is spacious, the host is lovely.
