From this space, as well as from the kitchen, direct access leads out to the terrace. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, offering an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level for added convenience.
The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating.
