One of the bedrooms has 2 beds (each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long), a TV, and a DVD player. The other bedroom also features 2 beds of the same size, along with a shower/WC and a TV.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set (cheese). You will also have access to a washing machine, dryer, safe, and an iron. The apartment features electric heating and free WiFi internet. Additionally, you will have a garage space in the basement located 450 meters away.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
