Partly renovated in 2025 and appointed with stylish furnishings throughout, the property features a distinctive architectural character enriched by Alambra mosaics of Arabic inspiration found throughout the house, 3 decorative wall fountains, and a skylight in the living room.
On the main level, a generous living and dining room of 120 m2 forms the heart of the home, offering access to the terrace and providing a 180-degree view of the surrounding countryside. This space is accessible via the double bedroom on the same level. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects to a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor. 1 bedroom on this level features 2 single beds, while another bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a separate WC and shower. A third bedroom on this level offers a French bed measuring 140 cm in width, also with a separate WC and shower.
The upper floors are accessed via a spiral staircase and are situated within a tower section of the property. On the first upper floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
