The fully appointed kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table for shared meals. The ground floor further includes a shower room with bidet and WC, as well as a separate WC.

On the upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom with a hand-basin and cable TV, offering direct access to the balcony. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
