Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, while a second bedroom offers 1 set of 2 bunk beds, making it well suited for younger guests. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with its own exit to the veranda. The ground floor bathroom is a shower and WC, complemented by floor heating throughout. Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor features sloping ceilings and parquet floors, with 1 bedroom furnished with 1 double bed and a small living room with satellite TV. The property benefits from a partly roofed terrace with terrace furniture and a barbecue, offering a pleasant view of the lake.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
