On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complete with a private shower and WC, as well as air conditioning. This level also features a dedicated playroom with air conditioning and direct access to the swimming pool. A separate entrance on the ground floor leads to a Finnish sauna, a shower, a separate WC, and an exit to the swimming pool.

The upper floor serves as the main living area and hosts 4 bedrooms, each appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and individual air conditioning units, all with direct access to the swimming pool. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
