The heart of the apartment is a generous open-plan living and dining area of 50 m2, featuring a dining table and direct access to the terrace through electric shutters. The fully open kitchen is integrated with a bar and is equipped for comfortable self-catering. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from a private bathroom with bath, shower, WC, and a double hand-basin, as well as its own exit to the terrace. 2 further double bedrooms are each configured with 2 single beds of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. The fourth bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The 3 bathrooms serving the apartment include the en-suite bath/shower/WC with double hand-basin in the first bedroom, a separate bath/WC, and an additional shower/WC, ensuring ample facilities for all guests. The apartment enjoys a south-facing and west-facing orientation, offering a partial view of the mountains from the large terrace, which is furnished for outdoor relaxation.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and a Nespresso-compatible capsule system, with capsules available as an extra. Not included in the rental price and to be paid on the spot:
Refundable Security Deposit (cash) (mandatory): 300.00CHF

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
