The chalet was partly renovated in 2015 and features a warm, cosy atmosphere throughout, with comfortable and carefully selected furnishings that create an inviting home-away-from-home experience.

On the main level, a large living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, providing ample space for the whole group to gather. This area opens directly onto a generous south- and east-facing terrace of 40 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley. Adjacent to the living area, a large open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays.

On the lower ground floor, the first bedroom features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm alongside 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm, making it a versatile room suitable for mixed occupancy. This floor also includes 2 additional large bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed of 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm. All 3 bedrooms on this level benefit from direct access to the garden. The lower ground floor is served by 1 bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a separate WC, accounting for 2 of the 4 bathrooms.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
