This area opens directly onto a generous south- and east-facing terrace of 40 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley. Adjacent to the living area, a large open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays.

On the lower ground floor, the first bedroom features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm alongside 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm, making it a versatile room suitable for mixed occupancy.
