During the winter season, which spans weeks 8 through 16, specific arrival and departure times apply: guests may arrive no earlier than 17:00 on the day of arrival and must depart no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and well-organized transition between stays during the busiest period of the season.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
