A free ski bus service operates to the ski regions of Kappl and Ischgl, with the ski bus stop located just 10 metres from the property at the Haltestelle Abzw. Holdernach stop, making ski access exceptionally convenient. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible directly at the holiday house. Please be aware that the owner resides within the same residence, and animals are present in the neighbourhood. A main road is located in close proximity to the property. Guests who are members of the Silvretta Card Premium benefit from its validity from summer 2023, which includes unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun, and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.

The apartment features a spacious and bright living and dining room furnished with a dining nook, as well as a separate kitchen and living room equipped with a dining table, offering a comfortable and tasteful atmosphere throughout. The 3 double bedrooms are generously appointed, though it is important to note that 1 of the double bedrooms is located outside the apartment. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC, providing practical and well-organized facilities for all guests.
