Fully renovated in 2021, the property features tasteful and cosy furnishings in a country house style, with wooden floors and partly sloping ceilings that add to its character. On the ground floor, a large kitchen and living room serves as the heart of the chalet, equipped with a 4-ceramic glass hob, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsule system. This welcoming space also includes 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining nook, and direct access to the large 18 m2 terrace. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, features 1 open large double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a shower and WC, completing the 1 bathroom available in the property. The upper floor also benefits from a private exit to the balcony, offering marvellous panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Please be aware that while the bed layout is flexible and more sleeping options may be present than the maximum occupancy allows, the limit of 2 guests must not be exceeded.
