Also on this floor, 1 bedroom contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a bathroom and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, you will find a shower room, a separate WC, and a sauna. The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: the first features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 160 cm in length alongside 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A balcony and a terrace complete the outdoor spaces of this inviting chalet.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
