The studio comprises 1 bedroom area and 2 dedicated bathroom and sanitary spaces. Upon entering, the entrance hall features 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The living and dining area is equipped with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests. A kitchenette is integrated into the living space and is fitted with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. The bathroom includes a hip bath and a WC. Direct access from the living area leads to a 7 m2 balcony with both east-facing and south-east-facing orientations, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
