During the winter season, it is strongly recommended to use a 4x4 vehicle, and snow chains are advised to ensure safe access to the property given its position on a slope. A complimentary ski bus service is available in the area, offering a convenient and cost-free way to reach the slopes directly from the resort.

"L'aïeul" is a beautifully appointed 3-room chalet spanning 100 m2, designed to accommodate up to 5 guests across a thoughtfully arranged interior. The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, distributed over multiple levels to ensure both comfort and privacy. On the main level, you will find a welcoming living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, a dining nook, and an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering stays. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor. On the upper floor, the sleeping arrangements are organized across several areas: a small living room houses 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, one dedicated room offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a further room provides 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are situated in open-plan spaces such as a gallery or alcove, rather than in fully enclosed bedrooms. The chalet enjoys a north-facing and west-facing position, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the resort.

Amenities Included

The chalet is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a complete fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. Capsules compatible with the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are available at an additional cost. For your entertainment, a television with cable connection is provided in the living room. The property benefits from electric heating to keep you warm throughout your stay, and a hair dryer is available for personal use. A baby cot is provided for families travelling with young children. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
