The owner resides in a separate semi-detached house on the premises, ensuring attentive and discreet on-site support whenever needed. Garden furniture is provided for shared use, allowing you to relax comfortably on the terrace and enjoy the warm Spanish sunshine. Please be aware that access to the house involves a stepped path of 50 steps, and there is no lift available on the property.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use within the house, catering to the needs of longer stays.
