This vacation rental is a thoughtfully designed 1-room studio of 25 m2, situated on the 6th floor and accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. The studio features 1 bedroom area and 1 bathroom, with a layout that makes excellent use of the available space across a single level. The main living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping solution within the social space of the apartment. A flat screen television is positioned in this area for your relaxation and entertainment. The entrance hall houses 2 bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering additional sleeping accommodation for guests. The studio also includes an open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living space, fitted with 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate bathroom and an independent WC complete the interior arrangement. The studio opens onto a small balcony of 5 m2 with a north-east facing position, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
