The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Bahngleise hinter dem Haus sind sehr störend, da die Züge dort halten, gereinigt werden und auch sonst weitere Arbeiten an den Zügen passieren. Ein stetiges Bewegen der Züge geht mit Quietschen und Knirschen einher, bis in die Nachtstunden.

Die Wohnung selbst ist verwöhnt. Der Boden ist an vielen Stellen defekt. Jeder Schritt durch die Wohnung ist für alle Anwesenden deutlich hörbar, da auch der Boden knarzt. Das Doppelbett war ebenfalls defekt, welches nach unserer Beschwerde hin provisorisch repariert wurde. An den Fenstern fehlt Insektenschutz. Nur im Schlafzimmer ist ein Fliegengitter angebracht, welches aufgrund des Zustands kaum Wirkung zeigt.

Durch den Besitzer/Mieter im Erdgeschoss richt das gesamte Haus unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Die aufgestellten Duftsprüher sind nicht hilfreich, sie verschlimmern die Geruchsbelästigung.

Unsere Unzufriedenheit dürfte erkennbar sein. Wir können das Haus/Wohnung weder empfehlen noch werden wir das Haus erneut betreten. Gerne können Sie uns davon überzeugen, dass Sie angenehmere Behausungen anbieten, die den Anspruch nach Erholung gerecht werden können. Vielen Dank.
