On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each furnished with two beds, and a WC with shower. The upper floor features 2 additional bedrooms, one with two beds and another with a double bed and two single beds, along with an electric sauna, a WC and washroom, and a dressing room. In total, the villa offers 4 bedrooms spread across both levels, providing ample space and privacy for families and groups. The property also benefits from its own private sauna on the upper floor, ensuring a truly authentic Finnish retreat.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of this log villa are as inviting as the interior, beginning with the backyard, which features a covered cooking area complete with a solid masonry grill, ideal for outdoor dining and gatherings in any season. The property is situated just 190 metres from Lake Näsijärvi, where a shared beach with a shallow, sandy bottom awaits. The beach was fully restored in spring 2022 and offers a swimming pier as well as a rowing boat available for shared use among guests. In addition to the private sauna located within the villa, a separate lakeside sauna building is situated directly on the beach at a distance of 190 metres. This facility includes a standard sauna and, when reserved in advance with the owner, also provides access to a hot tub and a separate smoke sauna housed within the same building. Each cabin is entitled to a daily sauna shift of 1 hour per day, and guests are responsible for heating the sauna themselves if it has not been prepared in advance. During winter months, the owner is available to create an ice hole upon request and subject to ice conditions, offering guests the full traditional Finnish sauna and cold-water immersion experience.

Other Information

Guests should be aware of several important practical details when planning their stay at this property. The lakeside sauna shift is included as part of the stay at a rate of 1 hour per day, and any extension of this time, as well as access to the hot tub or smoke sauna, must be arranged in advance directly with the owner. The wall outlets available on the property for car heating are not compatible with electric vehicle charging and must not be used for this purpose. Pets are welcome at the property for a maximum of 2 animals, subject to an additional fee charged per pet. Please note that this destination does not accept bookings from groups composed exclusively of individuals under the age of 25.
