The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a total area of 70 m2.

L'appartement est agréable, très bien situé et au calme.
Nous sommes venus travaillés pour la Route du Rhum, donc notre principale exigence était le nombre de lits et la proximité ;-)
Remarques : pas de four et le wifi est payant (contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce). La procédure d'entrée n'est pas simple car il faut se déplacer à l'agence récupérer les clefs et malgré que nous ayons indiqués plusieurs fois le nombre de voyageurs, il n'y avait aucun drap dans l'appartement (le problème s'est résolu en appelant le service de garde)
