The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The main floor is completed by 1 bathroom and a separate WC, accounting for 2 bathrooms in total across the property. The upper mezzanine level hosts an additional sleeping area with 1 pull-out bed accommodating 2 persons, configured as 2 x 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A further room on this level contains 1 set of bunk beds with 2 berths, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 additional pull-out bed for 2 persons measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC is also located on this upper floor. The maisonette benefits from a large south-facing balcony of 12 m2, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run.
