This vacation rental is a beautifully renovated 1-room studio of 45 m2, situated on the 3rd floor and fully refurbished in 2026 with comfortable and elegant furnishings throughout. The studio accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 combined living and sleeping area equipped with 1 double fold-away bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The space opens directly onto a private east-facing terrace of 15 m2, offering a very beautiful view of the sea. The studio includes an open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the main living area, fitted with an oven, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom configuration consists of 1 shower room with WC.

The studio is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate control is provided through both electric heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain an ideal temperature throughout the year. The kitchen is well appointed with a microwave alongside the other cooking appliances described above. For your entertainment, a flat-screen television is available in the living and sleeping area, though please be aware that TV channels are available in French only. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs, along with an iron and a hair dryer for additional convenience. The private terrace is furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, and is equipped with an electric barbecue, making it an ideal space for outdoor dining while enjoying the sea view.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
