The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the living space, making it ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the company of fellow guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
