Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as alcoves, rather than within a fully enclosed bedroom. Direct access to the balcony is available from the living area, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a separate WC, offering practical and comfortable facilities for all occupants.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
