The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed across its multiple levels to make the most of the available space.
Upon entering, you are greeted by an entrance hall complete with a separate WC. The main living and dining area offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, furnished with a pull-out bed that sleeps 2 persons and measures 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. From this space, you have direct access to a south-facing balcony, which offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the ski run. The kitchenette is equipped with a hatch and features a mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, among other appliances. On the first upper floor, you will find 1 room with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as the bathroom. On the second upper floor, a gallery of 9 m2 with a ceiling height of 155 cm provides additional sleeping space with 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, including the gallery. The property is accessed through the entrance known as "Le Danchet."

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
