The apartment accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom alongside 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and dining. A separate small room is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable and private sleeping area. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors add a refined touch to the modern interior, which was entirely renovated in 2025 with very modern furnishings. A south-facing balcony of 4 m2 extends from the living area, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, and the ski run.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette is fully outfitted with 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra. The living area features a flat screen television for your entertainment. Heat is provided throughout the apartment by means of an electric heating system. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also available for all guests.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
