The generous living room includes a sofa bed measuring 140x200 cm as well as an additional bed for 2, while the combined living room and kitchen area is outfitted with comprehensive kitchen facilities suited to extended stays. The property includes 2 separate bedrooms: bedroom 1 offers 3 beds and bedroom 2 equally provides 3 beds, making the cabin ideal for families or groups. A separate WC and a washroom with 2 showers ensure comfort and practicality, while the traditional wood-burning sauna stove adds an authentic Finnish touch to the experience. A carport is available in the yard for vehicle shelter. The cabin is equipped with an air-source heat pump located in the living room, which can be used for both heating and cooling throughout the year, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season.

Outdoors

The outdoor setting of this cabin is truly remarkable, positioned just 20 m from lake Koirus, where guests have direct access to a private pier and a rowing boat. The shoreline features a shallow, sandy beach that is perfectly suited for relaxed swimming and leisurely time by the water. The surrounding natural landscape provides a serene and unspoiled environment, inviting guests to enjoy the outdoors at their own pace. A hot tub is available on the property at an extra fee, offering a wonderful way to unwind while taking in the natural surroundings. Please note that the hot tub has a temperature limit of -15 degrees Celsius. Guests are responsible for filling, heating, and emptying the hot tub themselves; however, if a pre-filled and pre-heated hot tub is preferred, this can be arranged directly with the owner for an additional fee. During the winter season, running from November through April, the hot tub is available exclusively when the outdoor temperature remains above -15 degrees Celsius, and during this period it may only be used in the pre-filled and pre-heated configuration, which must be agreed upon in advance with the owner, whose instructions must be followed carefully.

Other Information

Bicycles, canoes, and an outboard motor are available for rent directly from the owner, providing guests with excellent options for exploring the surrounding lakes and countryside. Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of 2 pets permitted at any one time, subject to an additional fee per pet. Guests are kindly asked to ensure that pets do not access the beds or sofa. Guests arriving with an electric car or a mobile home are requested to contact the owner prior to arrival, as an additional charge of 5 euros per day applies; a heating pole is available on site, though there is no official charging point installed.
