Bedroom 1 features 3 beds, while bedroom 2 also offers 3 beds, making the property well-suited for families or groups. The spacious living room includes a sofa bed measuring 140x200 cm as well as an additional bed for 2, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. An open-plan living room and kitchen area comes fully equipped with all necessary kitchen facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. The property also includes a separate WC, a washroom with 2 showers, and a traditional wood-burning sauna, allowing guests to enjoy an authentic Finnish bathing experience. A carport is available in the yard for convenient vehicle storage. To ensure year-round comfort, the cabin is fitted with an air-source heat pump located in the living room, which can be used for both heating and cooling depending on the season.

Outdoors

The cabin is situated just 20 metres from the shores of Lake Koirus, offering direct and immediate access to the water. Guests have exclusive use of a private pier and a rowing boat, making it easy to explore the lake at leisure. The property also benefits from a shallow, sandy beach, ideal for swimming and relaxing by the water's edge. A hot tub is available on the property at an extra fee, offering a wonderful way to unwind in the open air. Please note that the hot tub is subject to a temperature limit of -15 degrees Celsius. Guests are responsible for filling, heating, and emptying the hot tub themselves. However, if you prefer to have the hot tub pre-filled and pre-heated upon arrival, this can be arranged directly with the owner for an additional fee. During the winter season, running from November through April, the hot tub is available only when the outdoor temperature remains above -15 degrees Celsius, and during this period it may be used exclusively in the pre-filled and pre-heated arrangement. The use and heating of the hot tub must be agreed upon in advance with the owner, and the owner's instructions must be followed carefully throughout.

Other Information

Pets are welcome at the property, though an extra fee per pet applies, with a maximum of 2 pets permitted at any one time. Pets are not allowed on the beds or the sofa. Guests arriving with an electric car or a mobile home are kindly asked to contact the owner in advance, as an additional charge of 5 euros per day is payable directly to the owner. A heating pole is available on site, though there is no official charging point. For guests wishing to explore the surrounding area more actively, bicycles, canoes, and an outboard motor are all available to rent from the owner, providing a range of options for outdoor recreation on and around the lake.
