The second bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-over-2 configuration, with each bunk measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a practical and comfortable space for younger guests. The third is a small single room containing 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The property has 1 bathroom, configured as a shower and WC. Outside, a 12 m2 terrace with a lawn area extends the living space, and terrace furniture is provided for your enjoyment.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
