The sleeping arrangements are distributed across 2 distinct areas: 1 small room of 9 m2 contains 2 pull-out beds designed for 2 persons, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while a sleeping alcove hosts 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, as well as a separate WC. A fully equipped kitchenette completes the interior layout, making the space both functional and inviting for your stay.

The kitchenette is thoroughly equipped to meet your culinary needs, featuring a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, a combination microwave, and a fondue set for cheese. For your comfort and entertainment, the apartment provides a television in the living and dining area, as well as heat available through a heating stove. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
