A sleeping alcove is also present, equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm by 190 cm, offering a practical and fun sleeping solution. The dedicated bedroom is a small room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm. The bathroom is well-appointed and is accompanied by a separate WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features an oven, a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
