The first bedroom features a queen-size bed measuring 160x200cm, two bedside tables with lamps, and a large sliding-door wardrobe, while the second bedroom is cleverly designed with a 2-in-1 bed configuration of 2x90x200cm, where one bed can be slid beneath the other to maximise available space. A baby cot measuring 69x127cm, including bed linen, is available on request. The bathroom offers a spacious shower, and a Smart TV is provided for your entertainment. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment, keeping you connected during your stay. The rental includes electricity, heating, water, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen as an initial supply, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax.

A reserved space in the underground parking garage, numbered 1, is available exclusively for guests and is included in the rental. Pets are not permitted at this property.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
