On the ground floor, the living and dining area extends across 30 m2 and opens directly onto a terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own en-suite shower/WC equipped with a hydro massage shower. A second and third bedroom are each appointed with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A fully equipped kitchen and an additional shower/WC complete the ground floor layout.

The upper floor, accessed via an exterior staircase, offers a second living and dining area of 25 m2 with its own terrace access. The fourth bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length and also opens onto the terrace. The fifth bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm width and 190 cm in length, and similarly enjoys direct terrace access. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
