Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a folding bed, a private shower and WC, and its own exit to the terrace, offering guests added privacy through a separate entrance. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living areas. A further shower and WC is available on this level for additional convenience. A dedicated entertainment room of 64 m2 on the ground floor adds exceptional recreational value, housing a billiard table, table football, fitness equipment, a television, and a hi-fi system, along with a WC. On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to accommodate guests comfortably. The first features a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm with access to the terrace.
