"Mariabu" is a beautifully renovated vacation rental house of 80 m2, offering a welcoming and cosy atmosphere with warm wooden furniture and wooden floors throughout. Renovated in 2022, the property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed over multiple levels.

On the main floor, the living and dining area features a television and a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxation. A small additional living room provides extra comfort and flexibility. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. The single bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The 3 bedrooms are configured as follows: 1 large room with 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room featuring 1 set of bunk beds measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length alongside 1 French bed measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

On the top floor, an open gallery with sloping ceilings provides 2 additional sleeping facilities, each measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length. It is important to note that some sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as the gallery rather than in enclosed bedrooms. The bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, the limit of 6 persons may not be exceeded under any circumstances.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
