Located in “Salita Monti” street, the house is about 50 meters above the level of the sea. It can be reached by car via a steep 180 m uphill road. There is a private parking space (some manoeuvres are necessary to enter and exit the car park - some cars may have difficulties depending on the size). The parking space is less than 100m from the house (about 50 meters are uphill / downhill).

For most activities, given the slightly hilly position, a car is necessary. However, if you are used to walking, you can also walk to reach the center (to go home there is always the uphill stretch of about 200 m)

Location:
- 650 m from the centre of Imperia Oneglia (Piazza Dante) and the shopping (Via Bonfante).
- 1,2 km from the closest beach: “Sogni d’Estate”. More beaches, both private and public, can be found just after "Sogni D'estate", therefore at a greater increasing distance ("Koko Beach", "Pennello", “Rabina”, "Galeazza", etc). These beaches are with pebbles and rocks, where water is usually clear.
- Sand beaches are in Imperia Porto Maurizio, about 4 km from the house (“Spiaggia D’Oro” = golden beach, “Bagni Oneglio”…)
- 450 m from large supermarket “Coop”; 300m from a pizzeria.
- Many other restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, etc, in the center of Imperia Oneglia and in Calata Cuneo street (less than 1 km).
- Parking areas in Imperia Oneglia: 1,5 km from a large free parking near the beach and restaurant (by the port/dock area of Oneglia); 750m from a large paid parking (Piazza Dante).

CASA MAMMA ROSA is composed of:
- An apartment: 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed double, bathroom with shower.
- A small outdoor area with table and chairs (which are covered).
- A small tavern, outside of the house, with a kitchen: induction hob, small wood burning oven, a grill, small air conditioner.
- A service bathroom, outside of the apartment, with washing machine.

Interior Description

The apartment is composed of two double bedrooms. One bedroom has a panoramic view over the sea and Imperia city.
Small balcony on the back of the house.
Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, dining table.
Living room with table and chairs, sofa bed double, TV.
Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, shower.
The apartment must be accessed with a flight of stairs.

Outside of the apartment, on the same level of the patio/terrace, there is a second bathroom (with low ceiling) with toilet, bathtub, sink, washing machine.

The outdoor area is equipped with a table with chairs, just aside the small tavern-kitchen.
In the small tavern you can cook over the induction hob, in the small wood-burning oven or on the grill. There is also a small table inside the tavern, and a small air conditioner.


Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 2€ per person, per day, only for the first 5 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
