A dedicated sauna compartment, accessible directly from the covered terrace, comprises a sauna room, a washroom with 2 showers, a living area with a sofa bed and a 55" smart TV, and a WC. The villa is equipped with solar panels for small-scale electricity production, and wireless Internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring you remain connected during your stay.

The outdoor spaces of Haltinmalla are truly exceptional, offering an approximately 80 m² covered terrace that wraps around 2 sides of the villa, providing direct and unobstructed views of the fell Saana. This generous terrace is the perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining, and it is here that you will find the hydro massage bath, a remarkable feature that allows you to unwind while taking in the surrounding fell landscape. A barbeque hut with a window in the roof adds a distinctive and practical element to the outdoor experience, ideal for gatherings in any season. The property also includes a car shelter accommodating 2 vehicles, as well as additional storage space. A rowing boat is available for your use, and a shared lean-to shelter is located within the area.

Other Information

The villa is a thermal log construction built in 2022, reflecting high standards of quality and comfort. Final cleaning is included in all new reservations made after 13.9.24. Starting from 27.4.25, 2 fat bikes will be available for use, provided they are in good condition following previous guests. An outboard motor Honda 5 hp four-stroke engine is available for rent directly from the owner, with the customer responsible for providing fuel.
