"Les Héliades" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment spanning 42 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 3rd floor, and accommodating a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The apartment features 2 sleeping areas and 1 bathroom. On the lower level, a room of 12 m2 is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A sleeping alcove of 5 m2 offers an additional sleeping space with 1 double sofabed also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in an open-plan area rather than an enclosed bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a bright living and dining room of 12 m2 opens onto a large south-facing and east-facing terrace of 13 m2, complete with terrace furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the sea and the port. The kitchenette is also situated on this upper level and is fitted with 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and direct access to the terrace.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
