A separate WC is also available on this floor. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm and benefits from a private bathroom with bath and WC, as well as direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor features 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a freezer.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The first is furnished with 1 French bed of 160 cm and includes a shower and WC, with direct access to the garden. The second bedroom on this floor also features 1 French bed of 160 cm and similarly opens onto the garden.
